Sautéd spring onions combined with chicken is incredibly sweet and tasty, and make a perfect combination .Both the chicken and spring onion tossed with the indian spices will be excellent for non vegetarians. http://www.vahrehvah.com/chicken-with-spring-onion-masala Ingredients Chicken 250 Grams Oil 2 Tablespoons Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoons Garlic ginger chopped 1 Tablespoons Salt 1 To Spring onions white 1/2 Tablespoons Green chilly chopped 3 Numbers Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoons Cashew nut coarse powder 2 Tablespoons Lime juice 1 Tablespoons Directions: Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt, add chopped spring onion white, chopped green chilly, salt it till onions are brown in colour, add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, add cashew nut powder (coarsely ground) mix it and cook it for 2 minutes, then add chicken pieces, mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook till chicken is tender, sprinkle the lime juice, and add spring onions. Chicken 250 g Oil 1 tb Cumin seeds ½ ts Ginger garlic chopped 1 ts Spring onions 1 bunch Salt to taste Green chilly 3 n Coriander powder 1 tb Chilly powder 1 ½ ts Garam masala powder 1 ts Cashew nuts (powdered) 20 g Add some oil in a pan when it gets hot add cumin seeds, chopped ginger garlic, cook this till raw flavor is gone then add spring onions (white part), add salt, green chilly, sauté this till onions are slightly brown in color, add coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder, coarsely grounded cashew nuts powder, cook this few minutes then add pieces of chicken mix this chicken along with masala and put the lid on and let it cook till it is tender, then add spring onions, mix this and switch off the flame. Serve this with chapatti, naan, pulka.
