Parsi Chicken Curry (Salli Murgh) is a very delicious and tasty curry. This dish will not found in restaurant menus it's a purely homemade dish. http://www.vahrehvah.com/chicken-with-potato-straws-salli-ma-murgh Ingredients Boneless chicken 500g onion(chopped) 200g turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder 3 tsp ginger(crushed) small piece garlic(crushed) 6 pods garammasala 2 tbsp jeera powder 1tsp coriander powder 1 tsp curd 200g potato julienne(salli) 100g coriander ½ bunch salt to taste oil Method Heat oil in a pan add crushed ginger, garlic and onion and saute for some time then add boneless chicken cook for 5 min.. Meanwhile take a bowl add curd,turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt mix it well.
