3 Types Chicken Sheek Kebab Chicken Seekh Kabab is a delicious Indian Staters made with ground meat, spices and are usually served with salads and green chutney. Ingredients: Boneless chicken- 500 grams Green chilies- 4-5 number Ginger - 1 number Garlic- 5 cloves Cheese - 1 cup Cardamom powder- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg powder - pinch Maze powder- Pinch Shahi jeera- 1 teaspoon Salt - To taste Capsicum -1 number Onion - 1 number Corn flour- ¼ cup Maida - ¼ cup Oil - To deep fry Butter- ½ cup Lemon juice- 2 table spoons Method: Firstly wash the chicken pieces and keep aside till they are dry. To that add green chilies, ginger, garlic, grated cheese and make it into a paste Now transfer into a bowl and add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, maze powder, shahi jeera, salt and mix it well. Then shape mixture into kebabs by using sheeks(kebab sticks) and place on a hot griddle and roast till they are nice. For Parda kebab: In a bowl add capsicum pieces, onion and roll the shaped in the mixture and roast them on a griddle till they are nicely cooked. For Khadak kebab: Take two of the roasted kebabs, remove the sheeks and keep aside. In a bowl add cornflour, maida, salt and by adding water make it into a thick paste. Now coat the kebabs in the mixture and deep fry them in oil till they get a nice color. Serve them by washing with butter and lemon juice and salad.
