Channa and Samosa Chat

CHANNA AND SAMOSA CHAAT INGREDIENTS: All purpose flour - 1 cup Salt - As Per Taste Ajwain - 1 Pinch Oil - As Required Water - As Required Potatoes - 2 nos. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Chat masala Powder - ½ tsp Coriander leaves - 1 Bunch Ginger garlic water - 1 Tsp Tomatoes - 1 no. Green chillies - 3 no Black salt - 1 Pinch Black pepper power - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Butter - 3 Cubes Coriander leaves - 1 Bunch DIRECTIONS: Take all-purpose flour, salt, ajwain, oil, and water. Mix it well & make it into a dough rest it for 15 Minutes. Take mashed potatoes on a plate, add red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, coriander leaves, salt mix it well. Roll the dough and cut it into half circles and apply the water on the edges. Now stuff the potato mix in it and seal the edges in the samosa shapes carefully. At last, deep fry this samosas in hot oil till they turn golden brown colour. Chana Curry: Heat oil in a pan, add onions, salt, ginger garlic paste and water. Saute it until all the raw flavour is gone. Then add tomatoes, boiled chana dal, green chillies, chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, black salt make it into a thicker consistency. In the last, add coriander leaves, butter cook it for some more time and switch off the flame. Preparation of Chaat: Take samosas in a bowl, pour some channa curry, chopped tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves, chat masala, mint chutney, sweet yogurt, sev, tomato ketchup.Delicious Crunchy samosa chaat is ready to serve.
