muffins made of cashewnut chikki ( butter frosting made of butter ,sugar and cashew nut ) after baking this butter frosting melts in a mouth.kid will like this kind of mufffins mostly. http://www.vahrehvah.com/cashew-nut-chikki-muffin Ingredients: Butter 100 g Sugar powder 100 g Egg 3 n Baking powder pinch Salt pinch All purpose flour 100 g Praline /Cashew nut chikki (crush) 100 g Butter scotch essence 3 drops Directions: Take coarsely crushed praline/chikki powder, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, mix it, and keep it aside.
