BOULEVARDIER variation, the Man About Town!

The Man About Town is a riff on the Boulevardier (which is similar to a Negroni but is made with a bourbon or rye whiskey instead of gin) by the Gramercy Tavern in NYC. The rye is the hero backed up with bittersweet amaro, Cynar. Note: I mentioned that the Boulevardier was a 'twist' on a Negroni.. I meant to imply it was similar but not derived from a Negroni. The Boulevardier actually predates the Negroni by 20 years.
