Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk kemudian masukkan putih telur dan baking powder, aduk rata 4. Lapisi dengan tepung sang fen kemudian goreng hingga kering, tiriskan 5. Haluskan kuning telur dengan saringan 6. Panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak, bawang putih dan mentega tawar, tumis hingga wangi kemudian masukkan kuning telur dan daun kari 7.
