Vegan Moushtah Ingredients: 3 cups (390 g) all_purpose flour 3/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp instant yeast 3 tbsp (37 g) white sugar 1 1/4 cup (300 ml) warm water or milk 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable or canola oil 2 tbsp honey + 2 tsp water (or milk) 1 tbsp roasted sesame 1/2 tsp black caraway 🌹Instructions🌹 1. In a medium bowl, sift the flour, then mix in the salt. 2. In a large bowl, place the yeast and the sugar. Add the water and stir to combine, then mix in the oil. 3. Add the flour and mix with rubber spatula until well combined about 2 minutes. 4. Transfer to an oiled medium bowl and cover for 30 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, spray the bottom of a 12 inch (30 cm) round pan with cooking spray, then place a parchment paper on the oiled pan. 6. Combine the honey with 2 tsp of water and mix well to combine. Set aside. 7. Remove the dough to the prepared pan and sift 1 tsp flour on top of the dough (or more flour as needed). Spread the dough with your hands to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. 8. Using your fingertips, make indentations on the dough about 2 cm from the edge to make a circle, then make 5 indentation lines inside the circle. Turn the pan 90 degrees and repeat with 5 indentations lines. Brush the dough with water (or spray with water), then sprinkle the top with the sesame and black caraway. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. 9. Bake on the center rack in preheated 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. 10.
