🍕 Pizza Dough + Pizza Recipe 🍕 Dough Ingredients: 500g Pizza Flour / 00 Flour Pinch of Instant Yeast 14g Salt 370ml Water (Tepid) Toppings: Pizza Sauce Grated Mozzarella Sliced Pepperoni Mushrooms (Half Cooked & Spiced) Spanish Onions (Caramelised) Grated Parmesan Honey Flakey Sea Salt Cooking Time: Pizza Oven: 2-5 minutes @ 300°C/570°F Normal Oven: Highest Setting or 230-260°C (450°F-500°F) for 7-12 minutes Method: 1. Combine all of the dough ingredients until the dry bits are completely absorbed. It'll be fucking goopy, that's fine. Cover and rest for 30 min. 2. Pick up one side, stretch it and fold it over itself. Do this to each end, form a ball and then cover and rest for 60 minutes. 3. Remove the fucker from the bowl and divide into 3 equal pieces. Form a ball and then place into an oven tray greased in olive oil. Cover for 60-90 minutes. If your house is cold as shit, rest for the latter. 4. Pre-heat your oven at this point. Remove the dough and shape by fingering the middle part of the dough, leaving the crust untouched. Then, use both fists while rotating to stretch the dough. 5. Place on the toppings and then pull it onto the pizza peel. Then cook that fucker according to the "Cooking Instructions" above. 6.
