In this video I will be showing you how to bake bread on a pizza stone and have amazing results. Steam is super important and I am showing you how to keep your dough hydrated during the first stages of the bake. 1. Gently place the loafs on top of the preheated stones 2. Score them and place the stone in the oven 3. Make sure you have a bowl of water inside of your oven 4. Spray your loaf with water every few minutes of the first period of the bake 4. Remove bowl after half the baking time This was my second iteration. Just keep watching and my third iteration will play.
