Bahubali Kaja - Sweet Kaja Recipe - Masterchef Telugu - Festival Sweet Madatha Kajha recipe

Ingredients:- Maida - 250g Ghee - 60g Baking Powder - 1 tsp Salt - Pinch Sugar - 250g Lemon juice- 1 tsp Water - As Required Oil - For Deep Fry Method:- In a mixing bowl add Maida, Ghee , Salt, Water and knead it into a medium soft dough and let it rest for 20 minutes In a pan add Sugar, Water and lemon juice and let it boil till single string consistency. Now switch off the flame and keep it aside In large pot add oil and heat it. Now roll the dough into thin sheet and roll it the Khaja as shown. Now using a rolling pin give it a shape. Fry the Kaja in medium to low heat oil for 12-15 minutes till it gets a nice colour. Drain it and keep it in plate. Now pour the sugar syrup on top of the kaja , soak it for minute and drain the excess syrup and serve it. #masterchef #tamannah #bahubali #kajasweet #ganesha #festival
