Iris tipis kentang atau menggunakan parutan kemudian rendam dengan air selama 30 menit. Bilas beberapa kali hingga bersih dan keringkan 2. Panaskan minyak, goreng kentang hingga kering dan sedikit kecokelatan, tiriskan 3. Potong bawang putih, bawang merah dan cabai merah keriting rebus 4. Di dalam blender masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai merah keriting rebus dan minyak, haluskan 5. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, daun jeruk dan merica, tumis hingga wangi dan mengeluarkan minyak 6. Masukkan gula pasir, garam, MSG dan air asam jawa, masak sesaat hingga gula larut 7. Slice the potatoes thinly or use a grater, then soak in water for 30 minutes. Rinse several times until clean and dry. 2. Heat oil. Fry the potato until dry and slightly brown, then drain. 3. Slice the garlic, shallot, and boiled curly red chili. 4. In a blender, add garlic, shallot, boiled curly red chili, and oil. Blend until smooth. 5.
