A superb dish to incorporate all the goodness of pulses and it can be made as evening tiffins Idly rice 1 cup Urad daal 2 tb Chana daal 2 tb Curry leaves 1 sp Red chilly 3 n Salt Hing ENO fruit salt Pinch Take a bowl add idly rice (if you want use regular rice also), urad daal, chana daal, curry leaves, red chilly and add water wash it once and drain the water and add some fresh water, salt, hing and soak this at least 3 to 4 hours, then put it into the blender and make a medium coarse paste, in this add ENO (or) baking soda, mix it well.
