Marinasi ayam dan udang dengan baking powder, garam dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Diamkan selama 15-30 menit 2. Bilas ayam dan udang hingga bersih lalu keringkan 3. Marinate the chicken and shrimp with baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well and marinate for 15-30 minutes. 2. Rinse the chicken and shrimp until the water is clear. Pat dry. 3. Add water into the grated ginger and garlic. 4. Add some of the chicken into the food processor along with salt, sugar, mushroom powder, and pepper. Blend until smooth. 5.
